Customer Relationship Manager

We’re recruiting for a dynamic Account Manager to join our innovative IT firm! In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities within your customer account base. As well as, maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive first class service and providing them with IT solutions tailored to meet their business needs. From managed services to cloud and cyber security, you’ll be their point of call for all solutions to drive growth and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure high customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers within your accounts and potential new customer leads.
  • Attend Client Review Meetings.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company.
  • Negotiate Pricing and contractual terms to close of sale.
  • Forecasting an accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates within our CRM.
  • Keep up with market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver first class solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Act as an ambassador for the company
  • Experience in IT consultancy or related fields
  • Attend Client Review Meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Forecast an accurate Pipeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively

Marketing Assistant

As a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in boosting our digital presence and connecting with our target audience. This role involves managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and will be helping execute digital marketing strategies to showcase our innovative solutions.

Additionally, you’ll assist in producing blog content, newsletters, and multimedia assets, while analysing performance data to help optimize campaigns.

This position is perfect for someone who is creative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing in the tech industry.

Experience:

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, digital marketing, and technology, even if they don’t have formal experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with audiences within Sales Navigator
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct basic research for content ideas, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Create basic graphics and prepare multimedia content as needed
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to align marketing activities with broader marketing goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, La Growth Machine).
