Marc grew up around technology and has been playing with tech since the early 80’s. He formally joined the business in 2001 after graduating with a Degree from Leeds Metropolitan University in Tourism & Management. He thought this would allow him to spend the rest of his life on holiday. He was wrong. Marc is responsible for the day to day running of the business; leading Team WWCS, developing strategic plans for growth and directing the business moving forward. Marc is a graduate of the JLC GameChangers Leadership Program (2014/15) and The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme. Marc advises many communal, and not for profit organisations, on their IT Direction and Strategy and represents WWCS within the Ingram Micro Trust X Community.
Chris comes to WWCS with years of experience across multiple business sectors including media, financial services and tech. He has worked in different areas of London, from the City to the West End to the suburbs, mostly in connection with small and medium-sized businesses. Chris is a huge Tottenham fan, with aspirations to support Arsenal (in which we are assisting with counselling) and enjoys football coaching. He also helps to bring the average age of the Company’s personnel up to a level approaching respectability!
Darren joined WWCS in September 2012 and is our Director, Client Services. Darren is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring our clients are happy, and continue to refer us to new clients! Darren has 21 years IT experience and joined WW after spending 16 years as a support analyst at The Mirror Group and then News UK. Darren holds an HNC in Computing and a number of other technical accreditation’s. Darren has a real passion for technology and has been tinkering with computers from an early age. When he’s not in the world of IT, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym and watching sport… his only downside is that he’s a Spurs fan (but you can’t have it all!!)
With over 20 years of IT experience across UK, New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific regions, Travis has always had a passion for computers, starting from a young age. His career began as a systems engineer, with 15 years spent in technical roles across the education and commercial sectors. He then transitioned into leadership, starting a Managed IT Services business and expanding it into a comprehensive B2B IT solutions, achieving remarkable revenue growth.
Relocating from New Zealand and now settled in the UK, he specialises in promoting diverse inclusive workplace environments, strategic planning, emerging technology R&D, leading large-scale implementations that drive innovation and operational excellence. His career highlights include developing an MSSP offering to enhance cybersecurity compliance and leading digital transformation initiatives that align technology with business goals across diverse industries.
Known for his sense of humour and office banter, Travis enjoys hiking, home renovations, and exploring the outdoors.
Cris’s journey began in the picturesque landscapes of Romania, where an IT-focused high school education laid the foundation for his future endeavours. Armed with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from AES Bucharest, Cris set sail for London in 2007, to pursue a BA in Economics and Business from University College London.
In 2010, his passion for technology took centre stage as he joined a small IT consultancy firm from North-West London, diving headfirst into the ever-evolving world of bits and bytes.
For the past 10 years, Cris’s career intertwined with WWCS, where he carved a niche as an astute account manager, and he is currently managing a mixed client portfolio of our commercial and not for profit clients. Beyond external partnerships he is also contributing to safeguarding WWCS’s internal systems and processes.
Outside the confines of work, Cris continues to explore the intricate world of IT and gadgets, fuelled by an insatiable curiosity appetite for latest tech trends.
A devoted supporter of Manchester United and his native Steaua Bucharest, he lives and breathes football, but also enjoys various other sports like Formula 1 or tennis.
When he is not trying to save the world and his clients from countless IT perils, Cris also has a huge passion for movies, TV shows and documentaries and let’s not forget the good old PlayStation.
Aimee is our fantastic Office Manager, and Head of Happiness and Well-being at WWCS. A true multi-tasker, Aimee seamlessly balances her roles with utmost dedication. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the importance of fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Outside of work, Aimee’s zest for life extends to her passion for music and people. When she’s not managing the office and ensuring everyone’s well-being, she puts on her spin instructor hat, guiding and motivating others to reach their fitness goals. With her infectious enthusiasm and a love for all things life, Aimee brings an unparalleled energy to our team, making every day more vibrant and enjoyable.
Jodie joined WWCS in June 2024, bringing with her over a decade of experience working for various IT value-added resellers in the industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently prioritised customer satisfaction and upheld exceptional service standards for her clients. Jodie is passionate about supporting women in technology and aspires to be a great leader for future generations.
Ruby’s is responsible for our Commercial Support Desk. With a fun and smiley demeanor, Ruby brings a contagious positive energy to the workplace that instantly lifts spirits.

Alan joined WW in Spring 2021 as part of the acquisition of Marsworth Computing, bringing with him 15 years of experience across all levels of the IT ladder. Having spent over a decade delivering IT support and projects in the high-pressured HQ of one of the UK’s main political parties, he is a calm head in a crisis who enjoys a challenge. Outside of the company, Alan is a keen musician who loves hanging out with his immediate and extended family, going to gigs, watching the footie, and playing the occasional round of golf.
Rael was born in South Africa. In 2010 he moved to London to pursue his career in IT and scheduled to stay for 6 months! However, he loved it so much he decided to make London his permanent home. Rael has over 10 years experience in various IT roles from operations to consulting. Rael is well versed in IT support, however his main focus as Head of VOIP services at WWCS is to help clients with their business telephone needs. He is responsible for the WWCS VOIP platform, and the Telecommunications solutions WWCS offers its clients.
